At Grace Scientific Corporation, we carefully inspect and package every instrument before dispatch. Because of the specialized and precision nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection by the buyer.

 

If you receive an item that is defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault. We will investigate and, once the issue is verified, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, depending on product availability.

 

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note this at the time of delivery and share photos of the packaging and product with us within 72 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

 

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
